We are expanding our team!
O&A Corporation is looking for a motivated and responsible Office Specialist to join our international recruitment company.
Location: Office-based
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
Official holidays: Christmas, New Year, San Juan, and Easter
Responsibilities:
Conducting meetings and negotiations (both online and offline)
Communicating with clients via social media and email
Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets
Sourcing new partners through LinkedIn
Sending documents via DHL
Requirements:
English level: C1
Background in sales, business, or marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High sense of responsibility and diligence
Ability to adapt quickly to changes
Stress resistance and problem-solving mindset
Confidence and persistence
